I used Opal Schafpate yarn, then ran out of the blue and had to use anothe colour to finish the second wee sock. Next time I'll have to remember to make mine less leggy in order to have enough of 100 g for the both of us Smile

Lovely.

I know a lady who uses up all her leftover sock yarn for striped socks or sometimes just heels and toes in a different colour.

When my nephew was still in high school he asked me to make him a pair of socks out of the ugliest yarn I had. I told him I didn't buy ugly yarn, lol, but I would make him a multi colored pair. He agreed so I used about 10 or so different sock yarns with no color scheme to them and make him a pair. They were really ugly! He loved them and his classmates asked him if his aunt would make them some as well. I declined. Shocked

BTW, love the socks.

I am so jealous. I am a complete dud when it comes to socks. I just cannot seem to make them look like socks.

Yours are wonderful.
