The first cardi was two sizes too small. I have finished the body and one sleeve on my second, but, I picked up the sleeve stitches on the inside on the cardi grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I finished the sleeve, tried it on for length and couldn't figure out why the sleeve was right way out but cardi was inside out. Having to rip it back and redo. At least I only did one like that.

Laughing Laughing Laughing Lilybee, that all sounds so much like the things I do. But, I probably would have finished the second sleeve before I figured out I had goofed. I have learned I just have to laugh at myself and go on... Rolling Eyes

Oh what a shame! All that work! Perhaps you should leave it for a while and work on something else till the February Lady gremlins have gone.

I'm on the second sleeve of my top down cardigan but I've left it because I want to have GS's jacket and pants set done for when the family come up at the end of the month.

Knit, knit knit....

I once sewed a hat together completely wrong! I had the wrong side out on one side, and, to make it worse, it had earflaps that went on all wrong, too. Needless to say, no one ever wore that hat! Laughing

It looks great! Well done!

My 'unwrapped' is almost finished... but is slightly hibernating while I make socks for my Dad and Grandad's May birthdays... it's next on my list to get finished: I want to wear it for work soon!

Finished at last. Not sure it's really me as it seems rather roomy around the shoulders but I love the look of it.

That is a pretty sweater, beautifully done. Hope you can "get used to" the roominess and enjoy it immensely.
