That shawl is gorgeous. You have been very busy haven't you?

ETA: I went back to the beginning to find the pattern, and have just requested Wrapped in Comfort: knitted lace shawls from my library. Must try. Thanks Yvonne

Nanette: before you make anything check out the author's blog for errors and ignore the yarn weight symbols because many are wrong, having been added without her knowledge.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone.

Will do. Thanks again.

That's lovely, and a gorgeous colour.

Knittingmama, I will post a picture, but haven't had a chance to get it off the camera yet.

I didn't do the Forest Canopy Shawl but here is the one that I worked on for the KAL:

I've had it done for a couple of weeks but just got the time to block it. I wore it to Church today and it really looked good with my Purple suit.

Mmmm... very pretty. Very nice choice on the color and wonderful job with the pattern. I'll bet it looks fantastic with your suit.

Hils....I did finish it and blocked it and I was so pleased with the way it came out....I them wrapped it up and gifted it without taking a minute to take a picture. I am sad about that because I was so proud of it.

I have started another one, this one out of heavier yarn and I think it will come out just fine....it gives the pattern a whole different look though.

I just realised that I didn't get round to posting pictures of the two shawls I've knitted. (Click if you'd like to see a larger version.)

Forest Canopy, knitted in Yarn Yard Lochan.

Weaver's Wool Mini Shawl, knitted in Mirasol Hacho for my MIL.
