I'm going to go cast-on for the "198 Yards of Heaven" shawl in a minute.

I think this is a prime candidate for the summer top KAL. I just really like the style.

KM, I have that one bookmarked too! It is sooo pretty. But I'm planning--for now, anyway--to do the Shapely Tank Top, as one of my goals is to learn short-row shaping. http://www.whiteliesdesigns.com/patterns/lpullovers/fbc.html

I have reached the place to split Jim's sweater for the front and the back. It's so strange to do it in the opposite direction now. However, I have six inches to knit before I do the neckline, and then I need to decide how I am going to do the sleeves. I will get this done this month, really I will. Smile

I finished it (in late March)!! As Joy had indicated, it was a very quick knit! I'm not sure I care for it at the 'knit as instructed' size, but I do plan to make one much larger - so I can wrap myself up in it!

I will post pics shortly.

Procrastinating working on the cuff to cuff cardi, returned to a pair of finger free mitts that I had started earlier. They are a 'requested gift' from a friend. I hate it when friends presume to know what you want to do next . . . I finished the fingerfree mitts n really do not need to redo another pair.
Once I finish and succeed at a design, it's onto the next thing. I am not into repeats. . . . I even hate to have to do the second of a pair of fingerfree mitts, LOL.
