I've decided that I'm going to knit Hermione's Everyday Socks for this KAL. I had thought about a pair from Sock Innovation, but as I'm also going to be doing some test knitting, I want to keep this pair a bit simpler.

I like those.

I've started the Roof Ridge socks from my sock club book. I know I'm a bit early but it's a fiddly pattern and slow going and written for 2 circs which I've adjusted to do on 4 needles so I need to keep my wits about me.

Uh oh, I can see my sock queue getting a lot longer with this KAL - I've just added those. Thanks, Yvonne. Very Happy

I am going to finish my Fawkes socks, that I am embarrassed to say I started back in February! I am halfway through the leg of the second sock. It's such a fun and quick knit, I can't imagine why it's taking me so long. Rolling Eyes

I'm also going to finish my June KAL top.

Finished my socks!!

They're just plain socks... nothing fancy... I bought the yarn several months ago.. It's a bamboo/nylon.. washable.. VERY SOFT...

GA, I love those socks! Plain is fine when it displays the yarn like that. A pattern might have gotten lost in the color, or the colors might not have displayed as well. Good choice; great socks! Laughing

Good grief GA. Shocked July has hardly started!! I thought I was doing well, having just a couple more inches to do to the toe shaping on my first sock but obviously I'm not. I really am a very slow sock knitter.

Those are lovely GA. I love the colours. They're really bright and fresh looking.

Very nice, GrannieAnnie.

I'm part way through turning the heel of my first sock of the KAL.

I love the way the colors pooled on the feet. Those are some snazzy socks, GA. Very Happy
