I did Jan and Feb's KAL and did not notice. Jan's was a hat for me and I finished it on the 31st. Feb was an other hat for me and I finished it on the 2nd. It was a pleasent surprise to see when I looked at the list. I am also working on an other scarf with some yarn from my SS package.

I'm way ahead with this month's KAL too. One hat finished, pic in 'What are you working on', another one the same, halfway through and one scarf nearly done.

Why not? It fits in with something to keep you warm.

Doesn't it feel great to get something off your plate? I read a slogan the other day that said: "We experience the most weariness from tasks not done." I think this is especially true of knitting projects.

Holly, that is so very true. When you think about all that is waiting for you to do it is defeating and exausting. When you look at what you have accomplished it feels good. That must be why factory work is so very exausting, there is always another box/rack/basket of widgets to be 'widged'.
It is also, IMO, why knitting is so satisfying. When you finish a piece, you can stand back and view it with a sence of accomplishment.

it is the multo colored yarn, but i am gonna frog it since it is coming out very short. I was hoping for a short childs scarf with it, but it is shorter than that.

No package yet. I hope it comes soon. I can't wait!!!
