I am currently working on another prayer shawl. It is almost done. I started it last week when I was so sick. The prayers were some for me and some for whomever I finally give it to.
Should be done with it either this evening or tomorrow evening.

Then I will finish up the socks that have been languishing for so long.

THEN the blue/gray sweater will get to come back down stairs and get done up.
I have lots of meetings to go to with DH from Feb thru April and I will need this sweater and more if I can get them done.

I've already train wrecked my knitting plans.

I want/need to make some pillowcases for some friends kids and make and embroider 3 scarves. This is all sewing. The scarves are made from fleece blankets. I strip them and hem them and then embroider them. Won't take long but I can't knit while I sew. I can knit while I run the embroidery machine though.

So the prayer shawl will be a few more days getting done. Sad

Prayer shawl is done, just need to block it a bit.

Two pillowcases are done (they are for me and Dale) the other 3 are all cut and pinned, just need to sew them. They are such fun to make I will probably be making more of them.

I am in a mood to sew. I have a beautiful piece of navy fabric to make a dress out of. I just need to find the perfect pattern. I thought I had last fall but they skirt was too full and I didn't have enough material. I have been toying with the idea of making the skirt not so flared and see if I have enough fabric. I'll think some more on that.

The socks I started ages ago are done and in the sock drawer.

I have started again on the Dexter Cardi. I hope to finish it up this coming week. I think all I have to do is the button bands and the neck. That should not take too long. Of course I have started the button-hole band twice now and may rip it and try again. I am not sure I am satisfied with it.

There is supposed to be an ice storm coming our way so I may have plenty of time to knit. I'll be house bound and so it will be knit time. Just hope we don't lose power.

Hope you're safe, Judy. We got the storm, today, but not as bad as others.

We came off really nicely with the ice storm...It passed us by. All we got was lots of rain. Smile
Did a bit of knitting but mostly did laundry all day Saturday.

The Dexter Cardi is done, well the knitting part is all done. I just need to weave in a few ends, sew on buttons and give it a blocking. I am going to get the buttons on this evening and try to do the blocking.

What do I start on next? Have to have a good look and see. (I already put another pair of socks on the needles. Have to have a pair going all the time. These will be for Sissy as they are cotton, acrylic and nylon. So I guess I need to start another pair for me. lol)

Dexer is all done, knit, ends wove in, and blocked. It is just waiting for me to decide what to wear it with. The dress I intended to go with it is still just a few yards of fabric. lol I'll find something as I really want to wear the cardi. No pics yet. I keep forgetting to do that.

I have started a couple of scarves/shawlettes. One is pretty plain in stripes and the other is a simple lacey pattern made out of a mohairy yarn.
